We package all of our products with great care and usually arrive safely. However, sometimes it can get damaged, so, very important! Open the package in front of the courier. If you notice damage to your package, please follow these steps:Please ask the courier to write "This item is damaged/broken" or something similar on the waybill. After you and the courier confirm the damage, you can keep the package.Please send me photos of the damaged package (each side of it) and the damage to the product so that I can contact the courier company and arrange delivery of the product immediately.If the courier just leaves the package at your doorstep and you are unable to confirm the damage in front of the courier, ignore the first point and follow the second point above.Retain the damaged product and packaging until the problem is resolved.
